My name is Balder!

Balder was attempting to take up residence in a local assissted living facility.  While the residents would have been most happy to have him there, the powers that be said it was a no go. His foster mom went there and Balder walked right up to her.  She picked him up and took him home.  Attempting to find an owner did not pan out so she told him that she would ensure he found a great home that would love him and keep him inside.

Balder is a sweet and loving dude.  He is a very sweet and gentle cat who loves pets.  He loves to be high up, so if you have places that he can be up high and watch over the world that would be great.  He loves to lay in a sun ray.

He does fine around other cats and kids.  We do not know how he does around dogs.  However, with is demeanor, as long as the dog is cat friendly it should work out fine,.  Balder is not a dominat cat, so please, no cats that will attempt to dominate him.  He would do fine on his own as long as he gets plenty of love and pets.

Balder LOVES wet food.  And Churo treats!  If he hears the can of food open he is right there to scarf it down. If he had a wet food diet he would be in heaven.
