Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Fred and I'm a happy little guy who loves to snuggle. I have kitten energy but I'm also an old soul . Probably one of the most chill kittens you'll ever meet. I must go to a home that has another friendly and snuggly cat or kitten as I need a friend or I cry . Currently I'm only available for pre adopt because I haven't been neutered yet but once I have been neutered I can go home with you. I'm taking applications though so hurry and fill one out today.
