Why I need a new home

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is an energetic and playful dog who found his forever home after wandering inside one day. He’s incredibly loving and does wonderfully with the newborn in the house, showing a gentle and protective side. Max has boundless energy and enjoys running and playing but is still working on being calmer around new guests. While jumping to greet people is his favorite, he’s making progress with his training. I’m preparing to leave for the military, and with no one available to care for him comfortably, it wouldn’t feel right to leave Max caged for nearly a year while I’m away. Despite this tough decision, Max’s sweet and loyal personality has left an indelible mark on our family.
