Vernon is a grumpy guy! He prefers to be left alone to sit up high and watch the world go by. He avoids any contact from humans and will hiss to try and scare you away from him. He will not allow humans to pick him up. He would be best in a home with older children, and another cat, but not a dog. He is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on his vaccines and has been neutered.

We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet. An application does not guarantee an adoption. We match the kitty with the best family.
You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200.
It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along.
We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations.
