Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Milo – A Resilient and Loving Companion!
Milo’s journey is one of strength and resilience. He came to the rescue as a stray with a broken pelvis that severely affected his hip socket. After careful consideration, the decision was made to amputate his leg in the hope that it would relieve his pain and allow him to live a more comfortable, happy life. And it worked! Milo has made a remarkable recovery and now thrives as a joyful, playful pup.
Despite having only three legs, Milo hasn’t skipped a beat. He is learning to navigate the world beautifully and loves playing gently with other dogs. He’s also a big fan of toys and balls, enjoying quiet play sessions that match his calm personality. While he adores gentle play, Milo isn’t a fan of roughhousing and prefers a more relaxed style of interaction. His friendly nature means he gets along with dogs of all sizes, making him an excellent addition to a multi-dog household. When he’s not playing, he loves nothing more than to relax and soak up affection. Belly rubs are his absolute favorite, and he never tires of cuddling up with his people.
Milo is also well-mannered. He is fully potty trained, sleeps comfortably in a crate, and adapts well to new environments. His foster family in Seguin, TX, has done a wonderful job helping him adjust to his new life, and he’s ready to find a forever home where he can continue to thrive.
Milo is available for adoption in Texas, but he can be transported to other states for the right family. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion with a heart of gold, Milo may be the perfect match!
