Call me Tater, the sassiest, smartest, and most independent feline you'll ever meet. I ended up here at the shelter because of a hilarious misunderstanding. I was just exploring the neighborhood, you see, and somehow found myself in the back of a moving van. Next thing I knew, I was at a shelter in a different zip code! I must say, I do miss my old stomping grounds, but I've adjusted well. I've been called a 'character', but I prefer 'charming'. Adopt me and you'll never have a dull moment. Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must fill out an adoption application. We do our best to review applications within 24 hours. You will be notified when your application has been approved.
Our adoption fees are $85 for cats and $140 for dogs. All of our animals will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX/ Fiv-Felv tested and UTD on all age appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption.

The Humane Society of Warren County is located at 1245 Progress Dr. Front Royal, VA. We are open Thursday-Tuesday from 10:00-4:00 for adoptions. We are closed to the public on Wednesdays for deep cleaning.

We are an open admission shelter and do not turn away any animal in need from within our county. We work very hard to find all the animals in our care wonderful homes.
