Cecil is an 8 year old blue heeler/ lab mix. He is intelligent, mischievous, and very affectionate. He loves being outside, chasing squirrels, solving puzzle toys, and cuddling. He is okay on a leash but pulls often and will lunge at critters and bikers/joggers if they get too close.
