My name is Meek (Zara)!

Meet Zara! She was grateful to come to the rescue when her humans sadly wanted to put her down for getting pregnant for a second time. Luckily, a kind Samaritan stepped in and contacted AARF. Mama Zara is a young lady herself and isn't likely older than 1 year old. She has been a doting and fantastic mama to her 6 kittens and has been very trusting when her foster humans handled her babies. Zara has also turned out to be a "dog cat." Although she is a beautiful medium-haired cat, she has many behaviors that resemble a dog. For instance, she loves to follow her humans around, sit near them, beside them, and pretty much be anywhere they are. She is very calm-natured and just seeks your affection (in a very loving and gentle way). She also doesn't mind being held.
