My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Johnny! This sweet boy was found running at large, and we couldn't resist bringing him in. Johnny is a young boy, about a year old, and he weighs around 40-45 lbs. He's got a lot of energy and is just bursting with love and affection.

We're looking for the perfect forever home for Johnny, and we know he's going to make someone incredibly happy. He loves playtime, treats, and of course, peanut butter! He's also a pro at sitting on command. Such a smart boy!

Johnny has also shown positive interest in other dogs, but we do require a meet and greet with any resident dog(s). He even got along great with our office cat, Sam. We do recommend older kids for Johnny, due to his energy. And a fenced-in yard would be perfect for him to run and play in.

So, if you're looking for a furry friend who will fill your life with joy and endless love, Johnny is your guy! Come meet him and let's find him the perfect home.

Message us on Facebook or email us at euclidpetpals2@yahoo.com to schedule a meet and greet. All household members, including any dogs living in the home, must be present for the meet and greet! Our adoption fee is $80 and all dogs are fully vetted prior to adoption (routine vaccinations (including rabies), spay/neuter, de-worming, and flea treatment).

More about this shelter

Euclid Pet Pals is the volunteer organization whose members care for the animals at the Euclid Animal Shelter, in Euclid, Ohio. We raise funds by offering personal and business memberships and cage sponsorships. Other fundraisers include a Bark-B-Q in May, a Clam Jam in October, and car washes in July. The money we raise is used to pay for veterinary care and medications, necessary supplies, and spay/neuters. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, loving environment for animals waiting to be adopted.
