Annie was dropped off in the middle of the night at Mom and her husband's place in Silverton around 8 years ago. My mother loved and welcomed her into their home. My mother has dementia and is moving from a residential independent facility to an assisted care/memory care facility. She could not take her cat, Annie.
I welcomed Annie in our home in June hoping to find her a forever home to enjoy her senior years. My husband and I are embarking on a year travel and cannot take Annie. When I had Annie's teeth cleaned in September the vet indicated Annie is possibly around 13 years old. She is healthy and feels frisky in the morning. During the warm months Annie runs to the back door ready to spend the day in the backyard soaking up the sun. She loves to sit on my husband's lap and is always ready to be brushed. She is a little stinker and does not enjoy having her nails clipped.
Since we are now in the winter months her favorite spot seems to be in front of the fire. Annie is spayed. She is an indoor cat that will enjoy summer outside breaks. Annie and is both loving and independent. She is still playful. I just breaks my heart to find a home for Annie.
A senior home is preferred. Annie lives in Silverton with her family and her adoption fee is $50.
