My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed

Hershey is looking for a cat whisperer, Her brother Twix was her protector when they were smaller. Now that her brothers are off doing their own things, she nervously explores or sits back and watches them. She is shy and cautious at first and will need patience and understanding as she obtains confidence and trust. When convinced to cuddle, she falls asleep in her fosters’ lap.

Dallas Cat Rescue, dba Cat Matchers is an all-volunteer 501c3 organization dedicated to reducing the number of homeless animals. We will accomplish this:

through programs to rescue, spay/neuter and adopt out animals in need.
by supporting spay/neuter programs to try and reduce the number of animals that are euthanized each year or left homeless.
The goal is to turn disposable animals into lifelong companions.
