My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Esme showed up at an animal lovers house back in 2020 and just would not leave! They had dogs and also cat allergies so could not take her in. She made herself at home and even let the toddler love on her! We took her in and she is a sweet girl. She was likely fixed right before covid hit as she is ear tipped....probably part of a spay neuter release program. She would rather NOT be released as she loves people! Esme was adopted into a loving home but recently her daddy suddenly passed away. We are so thankful the family realized she was a Purrfect Friends cat so we could take her back, but she misses her human. She really was a fantastic companion for him.....and wants another chance at a human friend!

She was likely born in 2018. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and negative for fiv/felv. Adoption fee $60.

Adoptions Events are held on Saturdays at the several local Petsmart and Petco stores. If you would like to meet a specific cat, please contact us ahead of time and we will bring the cat to the weekend event.

More about this rescue

Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.

Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.
