Meet the Pet
This helps Purr Nation Cat Alliance with pet care costs.
Black cats were believed to be lucky and symbols of prosperity. Aidan and Cadan come from a long line of distinguished black cats; elegant, majestic and regal. Unfortunately, our boys have none of those positive traits as they are inquisitive, mischievous, and brazenly fearless; but given their genealogy, we have hope for them. They are looking for a very special family. Cadan would love maybe a teenager who spends hours sitting quietly reading, texting friends so he can curl up around her or his neck and purr endlessly. Aidan on the other hand is looking for a toddler, preferably one engaged in a raging phase of the terrible twos. Although the boys have totally different personalities, they absolutely crave human contact and will want to be wherever the family is hanging out. Aidan and Cadan are a bonded pair and will cry for each other if not together. Our boys are cuddly, playful and very trusting. They are used to having other cats around, but so far have not interacted with dogs.
** Caden and AIdan presents clinical signs of FHV, Feline Herpes Virus, which is not transmittable to humans and which should have no effect on his expected lifespan. It will be important to support her immune system, limit stress, monitor signs and keep away from other young kittens. Our Adoption Counselors will be glad to tell you more about this.**
Caden's adoption fee is $175. Your adoption fee includes Spay/neuter, Combo test for FIV/FeLV, all age-appropriate vaccines, Deworming, up to date flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipping.
Purr Nation holds regular cat adoption events at Petsmart in Woodstock every weekend. Please visit our Facebook page to see all our adoption locations and times https://www.facebook.com/purrnationcatalliance/. To view all of our available animals, please go to https://www.purrnation.org/adopt.
