Meow! My name is Butters. My estimated date of birth is 5/28/2020. I was at Forever Love Rescue 5 years ago as a kitten and adopted out to a kind family, to what I had hoped would be my forever home. Unfortunately, my family's life circumstances changed, and they made a tough decision to bring me back to FLR. I was no longer happy in my home and not adjusting well to change. It took me a little while to settle back into rescue life, I was scared, unsure, and on edge at first and didn't understand why I am here. With some time and patience from the volunteers I am coming out of my shell and am a real lover! I will constantly purr for you. I love to headbutt your hand and give gentle love bites. I am a good eater and canned food is my favorite. I will need to be adopted out into a home with no young children as their energy level can be stressful to me. I would do best in a quieter home and would be a good companion for a senior citizen, retired person, or someone who works from home. I am partially sight-impaired, but it does not slow me down. I am at the Kitty Corner, ready to meet you!

Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
