This beautiful girl with the stunning green eyes is Piper. A very shy but sweet girl, Piper is here because her owner sadly passed away. Now, she finds herself looking for a new indoor home to call her own. Piper would prefer a quiet, adult-only home without dogs. She loves to be pet and rub up against you for attention.

Massachusetts Health Certificate
Spay/neuter surgery
Rabies vaccine for kittens over 3 months of age
1st FVRCP vaccine
1st deworming
Testing for Heartworm, FIV, and FLV
ID Microchip
Flea treatment including the use of Advantage monthly preventative
Ear cleaning, bathing, nail trimming, and other necessary grooming

Submit Application

Either submit an application in advance of visiting or upon your visit. Staff will approve your application as quickly as possible.

2.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Meet with pets that are a potential to be your new family member. (This can be done prior to your application being approved.)

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have found the right match staff will go over all the information you may need to help make the adoption successful.

BHS Adoption Hours:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Closed to the public at Noon on the last Wednesday of every month.
