My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 05-15-2024

Hartley is a happy, outgoing cutie who is looking for a family that will treasure her affectionate nature. She is a social butterfly who is enthusiastic about becoming friends with everyone. So much so, that she runs to the door when she hears people approaching in the hopes of meeting a new friend. When guests visit, she goes from one person to the other to get attention from everyone.

There is nothing Hartley enjoys more than pets and pampering. She is particularly fond of receiving a scratching on her cheeks, and she’ll prod you to continue the scratching for long periods of time. As way of thanks, she’ll give you sweet little licks of appreciation. She also delights in cuddling in your lap and will purr loudly with contentment.

Supervising and 'helping' with household chores is part of Hartley’s daily routine. She loves to play with the broom or mop while her foster mom is washing the floors, and she will play with the clothing as the laundry is being folded. Hartley has lots of fun with cat toy, especially ones that she can chase after.

Hartley is a spunky, funny and engaging young cat who will bring love and laughter to your family. She is bonded to her brother Robby, and the two must be adopted together.

More about this rescue

We are small but growing group of volunteers who simply love cats. We are not-for-profit organization who rely on public donations and support to continue to operate and save the lives of many innocent cats and kittens. The majority of our cats & kittens are rescued from Kill shelters who are rescue friendly and allow us to take these cats who are slated for euthanasia because of a lack of space in the shelter. Foster homes are our life blood, we need foster homes year round. Volunteers to help us with fundraising events, garage sales, adoption centres etc are always welcomed.
