THIS HANDSOME BOY NEEDS HELP! HE SITS ON DEATH ROW AND NEEDS A HERO NOW!

Fred was dumped in a high kill shelter only for his life to be taken from him when he’s done nothing wrong to deserve to be killed. He’s a super sweet boy who loves to play with other dogs and just wants to be part of a family who will live him and give him the love he deserves.
