My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hulk, the Mighty Lovebug! 🐾💚 This stunning 5-year-old long-haired tabby is not just gorgeous but also incredibly sweet and loving. Hulk's lush, fluffy coat and soulful eyes make him a showstopper, but his heart of gold is what truly shines. He’s the ultimate companion, always ready to greet everyone he meets with love and affection. He’s also a pro at using his litterbox and has impeccable manners. 💖

Hulk’s journey hasn’t been easy—he came to us so sick and in need of help. With a little love, medicine, and care, he has made an amazing recovery and is thriving! 💪✨ Hulk is FIV positive, but don’t let that scare you. Cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives, and Hulk is proof of that. He can happily coexist with another friendly cat and just needs to remain an indoor-only kitty to keep him safe and sound. 🏠🐱

Now, Hulk is ready for his forever family who will continue to spoil him with love and snuggles. 💕 If you’ve been searching for a cat who will fill your home with warmth, joy, and a little extra fluff, Hulk is your guy. Come meet this incredible survivor and see just how special he is—you won’t be able to resist falling in love! 🐾💚

More about this rescue

The vision of Animal Compassion Team has been years in the making, shaped by hard work, heartbreak, and an unwavering love for animals. Despite the challenges, we chose this path because saving lives matters—it's that simple. Every dog, cat, and animal we rescue reaffirms our commitment to making a difference. In August 2009, we took a leap of faith and became a 501(c)3 non-profit, ready to turn hope into action. Each life saved makes every effort worthwhile, and we look forward to sharing countless happy endings.

Our Mission Statement
To provide a safe haven for animals of all breeds and species through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary. To advocate for humane treatment, promote the human-animal bond, and educate about kindness, compassion, and responsible pet ownership, emphasizing spaying and neutering. Together with other rescues and shelters, we strive toward a no-kill nation.
