Jangles is a sweet, small-sized bundle of joy looking for a forever family to call his own!

Jangles recently came to SNARR after being rescued in Puerto Rico, where he and two other dogs were found chained up on a property, just withering away. A good samaritan knew they deserved better and helped them get their second chance through SNARR. Now in the care of a loving foster in New York, Jangles is ready to start his new life.

At 4 years old, he’s a perfect balance of playful and laid-back. He loves cuddles, belly rubs, and enjoys lounging in the sun. Jangles gets along well with other dogs and is great with people of all ages. He’s house-trained and eager to settle into a home where he’ll be loved and cherished.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
