Meet our adorable, special bonded pair, Ashley and Rosie! They were found abandoned at birth. They have always been together since they were rescued and bottle fed as tiny newborns. Ashley is a calm and loving kitty that loves to play. Rosie is a very sweet, petite special-needs kitten. Rosie has issues with her back legs and will need some special accommodations. Her legs developed with a backwards bend, making it look like they were put on backwards. She is very healthy and has learned to walk, run and climb despite her disability. She will need some litterbox assistance and/or pee pads until a suitable litterbox is found. They would do well with older, cat-savvy children and other pets with proper introductions. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines.

Both girls are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. Their adoption fee as a pair is $200. Do you have the purrfect home for these sweet, deserving kitties?

If your application is approved, one of our board members will contact you for a phone interview.

3.
Meet the Pet

During your phone interview, we will work on setting up a date/time for you to meet your new family member at the Petsmart in Troy.

Additional adoption info

* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old.
* If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed.
* We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family.
* For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best.
* If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time.
* We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child.

Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
