My name is Popeye!

A ball of energy, Popeye will play with anybody - cats, dogs, people. He loves every cat he has ever met. He is just a beautiful sleek fur ball of a panther who prefers throwing himself down for a belly rub than being picked up but that is negotiable too. A good neighbor found Popeye wandering outside, hanging with a cat buddy. He was way too friendly to be an outdoor / feral but after a long search no one claimed him. Once in the house he decided his fav spot was cuddling on the bed. He loves being in the cat cafe with all his new buddies, but misses being in a home of his own.
