Meet Ding Dong!

Named after the Hostess treat he resembles Ding Dong is the friendliest member of an outside cat colony. We had him TNR'd last year where he received a microchip as well as his rabies and FVRCP vaccine. While he is an outside cat he is extremely friendly and gentle. He loves being brushed and playing with any kind of string toy. He is part of a cat colony so he does get along with other cats, and he is not scared of dogs he knows (like mine) I feed his colony every day but would really like to find him a home. I believe an experienced cat owner or a foster parent to get him used to indoor life would be the ideal situation for him. Am looking for either a foster or someone to adopt him. Silicon Valley Pet Project has agreed to sponsor if someone can foster him. They will cover all medical costs and provide training and supplies. Please help me get one cat off the street and into a home. You won't be sorry, he really is the sweetest just like his namesake.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization dedicated to saving local at-risk shelter pets from the San Jose Animal Care Center. Our goal is to give adoptable animals a chance to shine in a casual and relaxed environment, and expand opportunity for adoptions, thereby reducing the euthanasia rate in Silicon Valley. The Dancing Cat also seeks to create a community of cat lovers by providing a place for fun social and educational events.
