Penny is two years old! She was surrendered by her owner to a shelter. She is neutered and shots are up to date. She is a complete lap dog! She wants to be affectionate and close by all the time. We are rehoming her because our older dog has not adjusted well to there being a new dog in the home. Penny is sweet, submissive and needs a place where she will not be picked on by other dogs.
