My foster mom named me Jack Golden on arrival at my Magicats foster home in 2022. I was a hot mess - sick, half blind from an old eye injury, and super-scared. It had been a tough year! I'll be 3 in April and 2025 is my lucky year! Because now I KNOW life is GOOD and that I'm truly smart, handsome, loved, worthy and ready for my Forever Home! Fate brought me to Magicats, where my luck was changed when their surgeon did some skillful cosmetic surgery on my missing left eye.That helped restore my confidence as the gentle soul i've always been. The one who enjoys adult people, other kitties, being petted and loved on. Oh, and I do love a welcoming lap! My new family is out there and we'll find each other! I'm healthy, well mannered, considerate, and great company, seeking a congenial guy or gal who'll know at once that I'm The One! Additional adoption info

Our current fee for a cat or kitten is $80.00
We require a signed application that is reviewed by our volunteers.
Adopter must agree that the pet will be Inside Only and must have permission from their landlord if they are renting.
Before adoption all of our pets are thoroughly examined by one of our vets. They have received a rabies shot, series of vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV and are always spayed or neutered.

Go meet their pets

We currently have kennels available to us at the Twin Falls and Meridian PetSmart Adoption Centers. We have scheduled kitten socials, where you can arrange to meet some of our cats. Our pets are also available for viewing on our website and on petfinder.com.
We are happy to arrange a private meeting and adoption for any of our cats after we have approved the adoption application.

More about this rescue

We are a small and devoted group of volunteers who started this organization in 2010. Our goal is to find homes for as many cats and kittens as we are physically and financially able to do. We have no facility and all of our pets are cared for in loving foster homes. We do as much as we can with the funds from adoption fees, donations and contributions from all of our volunteers.
