My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Velma: Your Future Furry Best Friend!

Are you ready to welcome an extraordinary companion into your life? Meet Velma, a young and adventurous kitten with a heart full of love and a spirit that shines brightly despite her challenges. Rescued from the side of the road, Velma was brought to a vet hospital where she faced her first hurdle: she couldn`t use her back legs. Thankfully, after receiving the care she needed and spending nearly three months in a nurturing foster home, this brave little girl has made tremendous progress!

Though she still wobbles a bit when she walks, Velma can now stand and move around on her own, showcasing her determination every step of the way. While her spinal injury has led to some complications, including urinary incontinence and megacolon, Velma’s spirit remains unbroken. She will need a dedicated adopter who understands her unique needs, as she will require lifelong medication and a special wet food diet to keep her healthy and happy.

Velma is not just a kitten; she’s a bundle of joy! She adores cuddling up on your shoulder, showering you with sweet kitten kisses, and following you wherever you go. With her charming personality, she’s eager to make friends with small dogs, although larger dogs are still a mystery to her. Velma loves to talk and will happily yell for attention, ensuring that you’ll never feel alone with her around.
This sweet girl is not just looking for a home; she’s searching for a committed family who is willing to embrace her quirks and love her unconditionally. Velma deserves the world and, in return, she will fill your days with laughter, cuddles, and endless affection.

If you believe you can provide a loving forever home for Velma and are ready for the rewarding journey of caring for a special needs pet, please reach out! Let’s give this sweet girl the life she deserves. ????
