Hello there, I am MARY PUPPINS! I am a 2-year-old lady who weighs a healthy 62 lbs. Life here in the shelter is okay, but I dream of a home where I can be the star. I love to play, but I also have a calm side that enjoys quiet moments with the people I love. I am quite the social butterfly, making friends with everyone I meet, both two-legged and four. I am smart, too, and eager to learn new tricks if you have the time to teach me. So, why adopt me? Well, I promise to fill your life with joy, love, and a whole lot of tail wags. Our adoption fee is $50 for dogs 7 months and older, $175.00 for dogs under 7 months, and $50.00 for kittens and $25 for adult cats. There is an adoption application that must be filled out and approved. Once the application is approved a meet and greet and home visit must be completed before an animal can go home.

We are open to the public for adoptions daily Monday-Saturday 10-6, and closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

We are at the PetSmart in Ocala every day at our 7-day cat center 3-6 pm We are at the Petco in Ocala mon-Fri 10-12 & Sun 10-2. Please go to our website www.thehsmc.org site to see the different events and activities we are involved in throughout the year.
