My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Molly, who is almost 11-years-old, is young at heart and loves to play with toys and do zoomies around the house. She will require an owner who is steady on their feet to prevent falls. On the flip side, Mollie does love some lap time with her favorite person. An adult-only home is preferred.

Mollie has a hyperthyroid condition and has a transdermal medication that is rubbed on her ear for that. She will need to have her thyroid rechecked occasionally depending on veterinarian recommendations. Otherwise, Mollie is healthy and just had a dental last month.

Her owner loved her very much but had to go to an assisted living facility that would not allow her to join him.

Molly is a short hair, black & white who is current on vaccinations, is spayed and is microchipped.

Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (7+ years old) is $75 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time.

If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.

From the Petfinder website (Petfinder.com) click the ‘More About Us Button’ and then click on the ‘Adoption Application’ button that will take you to the United Animal Friends website. Then follow the UAF website directions below:

From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in. To apply to adopt, open the cat's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started.
The fastest way to get to the adoptable cat page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-cats/

A United Animal Friends representative will contact you soon after receiving the application form.
