My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Groot!

This adorable 1-year-old Terrier mix may start off a little shy, but his curiosity and charm shine through as he warms up. Groot loves following other dogs around, making him a wonderful companion for a canine buddy. He’s also crate, and house trained, which makes him an easy addition to any home. With his endearing personality and "cute as a button" looks, Groot is sure to melt your heart. He's ready to find a loving home where he can blossom and share his gentle, sweet spirit. Could Groot be the perfect addition to your family?

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
