Physical Description Tinsel is a dashing little tuxedo kitten born on November 25, 2025, who is ready to bring charm, energy, and endless purrs into your life. This handsome Domestic Shorthair (DSH) is not just a feast for the eyes—he’s packed with personality, too!
Personality Tinsel is a social butterfly who loves playing with his foster siblings—even the ones three times his size!

His confident and outgoing nature ensures he’s always in the middle of the action, whether it’s a game of chase, a wrestling match or a snack of Churu. Don’t let his playful side fool you; he’s just as happy to settle down for cuddles and lap time. He loves being held and will reward you with a very loud, contented purr.

This little foodie has a big appetite for treats, especially Churu. Don’t be surprised if he cheekily nudges his way to the front of the line! He’s also a clever kitten and is already learning tricks—he can sit and even shake a paw when motivated by a tasty Churu snack.

Tinsel’s friendly demeanor, playful spirit, and affectionate personality make him the perfect addition to a loving home. If you’re looking for a kitten who will make you smile, keep you entertained, and shower you with purrs, Tinsel is the one for you!

The Yolo County SPCA is a private, not-for-profit, foster home-based animal rescue organization and does not have a shelter. All our animals awaiting adoption are in foster homes. For more information about this animal, please email yolospcafoster@gmail.com. For more general questions, please see our website at www.yolospca.org.

All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have been Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $135 for kittens or $80 for adults over 1 year (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration).  A reduced fee is available for adopting a second cat or kitten
