Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, my name is Wocket, and I am the most adorable big eared puppy you'll ever meet! I am only about 10 months old and I weigh 46 pounds right now, but I am sure to get a little bigger.
I'm extremely affectionate and love being with you, whether it's getting belly rubs, or a game of fetch with my favorite toy, tennis balls! Oh, I just can’t wait to go for walks, play and cuddle with my new family.
I am also a very intelligent pup, but I need someone who can give me some basic training, especially for jumping up for attention and establish themselves as the leader of my pack. I am a quick learner, and I love to please, so with the right owner, I will be your very well-behaved best friend! The nice volunteers at the rescue say I am definitely a “diamond in the ruff.” It would be perfect if my new family had shepherd experience and understood my mental and physical needs.
Above all else, my favorite thing is to hang out with people. I can’t wait to get out of this kennel environment and have a home and someone to love. I am a puppy with a lot of energy, so I would be perfect for an active family. Even though I love to play and run around, I also know when it's time to settle down and be a good boy. A home where any children are at least 8 years old will be best for me since I do have a few manners to learn. I sure hope my forever family finds me soon.
If you are interested in Wocket and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!
*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
