Meet my favorite little butterball, Whisky!

This handsome pup is about 5-6 years old.  He was found as a stray and made his way to RRTN.  He’s a bit round and we have started working on dropping a few lbs. This guy is a bit shy at first, but certainly settles in quickly.  Whisky prefers calmer environments.  He’s good with dogs that don’t get in his space.  It’s a thing.  He is treat motivated, with the right stinky yummy treats .  Whisky loves to snuggle.  He’s taken over the heating pad on the couch… super cozy warm.  He is learning kennels are ok.   Leash walks are his favorite.  . He is working on trusting me and my calm dogs

Whiskey 4 yr tubby male JRTx should weigh 17, weights 22 He is good with other dogs highly treat motivated, needs a quiet environment, learning tricks Needs jack savvy and I would say no tiny kids but I think I always say that! Needs someone that enjoys walks to get the extra lbs off. He was rewarded for progress in training with treats at the shelter and it shows.
