Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This helps Searcy County Humane Society with pet care costs.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"For a princess, I'm not too prim and proper! I'm a young female dog with lots of energy and love for life. Princess is one of 6 siblings that was surrendered to the shelter. Princess is very athletic, brave, curious, dignified, playful, loyal, independent, gentle, friendly, funny, and protective. Princess enjoys a good romp and a nice cuddle on the couch. Princess is quiet and smart girl who's affectionate and good-natured. Princess is a great listener and loves learning new things, whether it's a fun trick or a nice walk. Princess gets along with other dogs, but has had some roughing with my sisters so i do have a few scars from being rough. Princess is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a best friend who's always up for an adventure and can also be a quiet cuddle buddy. Come meet me and fall in love with your new Princess!"

Additional adoption info
Our adoption process is quite simple. We have a 3 page form asking questions such as do you own/rent, do you have a fenced yard, references etc. We do require a $75 adoption fee at the time of adoption. This helps us partially cover the spay/neuter fees and any medical costs of the pet.

More about this shelter
We are a very small volunteer organization at The Searcy County Humane Society operating only on Private Donations and Proceeds from our small our Thrift Store. We are now able to advertise our dogs online and hopefully will find them all "Furever Homes". We try to help as many as we can in Searcy County but can only do so much as we are a no kill shelter with limited space. We are currently housing the 6 survivors of the Massacre of the 57 dogs here in Searcy County in December of 2015.
