Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Every day, Peaches tackles so much as she learns to bravely explore the world. She is on the timid side and can become nervous with loud sounds and unknown movement. Peaches loves to be with her people. She loves a good belly rub. Peaches is very food motivated, often a treat is her dose of bravery. Peaches walks well on the leash, she knows to stop, wait, and sit at crosswalks. She is not pulling on the leash. She is still working through seeing unfamiliar things on her walks and bravely walking on. Peaches is quiet in her foster home, and settles well in her crate when her foster family goes out of of the house. She sleeps through the night in her crate.
Peaches already knows the command “potty” and is consistently going when taken outside. She is very playful and enjoys playing with her toys inside or out. Peaches has done great in knowing what is her toy and what’s not. She is on the higher energy side, but with mental and physical activity every day, she is not overly hyper. She knows sit, down, wait, and shake. She enjoys meeting people, but needs to be given time for her to come to them. Once she is comfortable she wants all the belly rubs. She is excited to play with other dogs, as long as they don't bark at her. She has not yet had exposure to cats but we hope to have her introduced to them soon. Because of her timid nature and that she can spook with noises, a home with young kids probably isn't the best fit for her. Peaches is a loving girl who just needs patience and love as she continues to blossom.
Peaches is sweet, smart, and striking.
