Hi there, friend. My name is Josiah, and I’m a 3-year-old shepherd mix with a striking black-and-white coat and the most stunning blue eyes you’ve ever seen. People say my eyes are windows to my soul, and I promise, it’s a sweet and loyal one. I weigh 63 pounds—just the right size for long walks, fun playtime, and the coziest snuggles.
My story has had a few twists. I thought I had found my forever home when I was adopted last year, but sadly, my family lost their home, and I ended up back here at the shelter. While my heart aches for them, I know there’s another family out there who will love me just as much.
Here’s what you should know about me: I’m house-trained, great with kids, and even good with cats (yep, I’m that kind of cool!). I love to play, especially with balls—I could chase and fetch them all day long if you let me! But I also have a sweet, gentle side that will melt your heart.
I’m already neutered and up to date on all my shots, so I’m ready to start my new chapter with you. You can find me at cage #89—my ID is 7574. Please come meet me. I’m ready to show you just how much love I have to give. Let’s make this forever home thing stick this time, shall we?
With hope and a wagging tail,
Josiah 💙🐾
