My name is Skittles!

1 year old female dachshund mix
16 pounds of sweetness

Skittles came to us back in October after making it to a local shelter after being hit by a car. She had a few fractures and a hernia of her diaphragm. She’s healed and doing great and all ready for her forever home.
One of her injuries was a broken tail, it was unable to be fixed and it doesn’t bother her, so we did not have it amputated. Because of the damage to her tail, she cannot wag her tail. She shows her happiness with a smile and squirming around until she is belly up.

Skittles is good with other dogs and with all people
