My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Fuji. Good to meet you! I like to climb (places that I am allowed to climb) so I was named Fuji, which is a mountain. I’m probably going to be a big kitty, since I’m the biggest of my 3 siblings. I love to run and play, but always take time to say hi to people and ask them to pet me. I liked the children who came to visit me today, and I like the 50# gentle dog and the cats at my foster home. I am a smart boy who knows what I should and shouldn’t do… although sometimes I forget, because I’m a cat. I promise to try really, really hard to be a good kitty when you take me home with you for my forever home. We will have such a great life together!

More about this rescue

St. Francis Animal Rescue (SFAAR) is a volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned, neglected, stray and surrendered dogs and cats. Until they are adopted, the pets in our program live in loving foster homes as part of the family while we learn about their personalities, behaviors and temperaments. Foster families work with their animals to teach them good manners, care for any medical problems, and address any behavior issues. This information helps our adoption counselors match the perfect pet for you and your family.
