My name is Jake!

Jake is a good 4 year old dog he just needs a home without other pets or kids. He has become aggressively protective of his favorite human who happens to be a wife and mom. This means that anyone who sits by her or hugs her gets aggressive postures and growls, sometimes even barking. And can be scary for people unaccustomed to his behavior. He has never bitten anyone or anything like it but our son was bitten by a different dog a couple of years back and it is not possible for us to keep him for this reason. He is very well crate trained and very very housebroken. He is good on walks with a gentle leader. We are sad to give him up but he just doesn't seem to be able to share his person.
