Hello, I`m Raquel Moss. I may seem a bit timid at first, but give me some time and you`ll see my gentle spirit shine through. I`m independent, so I don`t need constant attention, but I do appreciate a gentle pat on my head. I love exploring my surroundings at my own pace, finding joy in the simple things like a fresh piece of lettuce or a cozy corner to relax in. I may not be the most outgoing rabbit, but I have a lot of love to give. Adopting me means gaining a quiet companion who`ll bring a calm, peaceful presence to your home.

Interview

Call and tell us what animal you're interested in and we discuss all aspects of the pet. If it's not a match, we can help you find one

2.
Submit Application

We will set up an appointment time for you to meet the pet and collect a Companion Request Form from you.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

At your appointment we will give you an opportunity to meet the pet and make a final decision. If all goes well, you will take the pet home.

The mission of the Placer Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Placer SPCA) is to enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond.

We offer programs for the pets and people of Placer County, including adoptions, lost and found, low-cost spay and neuter assistance, humane education programs, emergency financial assistance for pet owners, free behavior advice, and low-cost microchips and rabies vaccines.
