Hi there! I'm Polo, a quirky kitty looking for my new home! Sure, I might look like your average shelter kitty, but I've got more personality than a comedy show and more love than a greeting card factory. I am a curious gal who likes to observe, but also settle down for some good cuddle time.

I need a slow introduction to cats. I can share my space with cats, but I'd like to get used to the idea over time.

If there are kids in my new home, I prefer to meet them before going home. An adoption counselor can tell you more.

The Humane Society for Southwest Washington uses the following guidelines for adoptions:

1. Adopted animals will be spayed or neutered prior to their adoption.

2. Adopted animals will be placed as companion animals.

3. Adopted animals must be kept in accordance with all local laws and ordinances.

4. All animals leaving the shelter must be wearing identification and restrained by leash or carrier.
