Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kodi is a mini male American Eskimo dog, I adopted him as a puppy in 2020 during the pandemic. He is now about 4 years old and has brought so much joy & companionship into my life. However, due to my health & living situation, I’ve made the heartbreaking decision to find him a new home where he can thrive.

Kodi is intelligent, energetic, and loyal. He loves going for walks, playing outside, & being part of an active household. He thrives when he has space to run & explore, making him a great match for someone with a fenced yard or a rural environment. While he’s incredibly sweet and affectionate, he can be vocal, especially in response to noises, so he’ll do best in a calm, understanding home willing to work with him on this.

I’m looking for a loving & patient family or individual who will cherish Kodi and give him the attention, care, and space he deserves. He’s a wonderful companion & would do great with someone experienced with his breed or who loves spending time outdoors.
