My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yara came to the Ranch (4/9/22)  when we learned from her caretaker that she something was wrong.  It turns out she was clipped by a car.  Yara was feral at the time and lived outdoors, so I asked her caretaker if I could keep her here at the Ranch.  For some time she was shy and stayed mostly in our cat fenced yard out back, but little by little she warmed up and ventured into the house.  Now she is essentially a petite, loving, senior cat.   She seeks out attention.  We do think she like it here at the Ranch, but we also think she would love to be somebody's special cat.

Street Rescue

We network to find placement for cats and kittens that are on the streets. We have adoptable cats that are looking for homes.

Shelter Rescue

We are an approved NYC ACC New Hope Partner. This enables us to request cats that are placed on their At Risk List for medical or behavioral reasons.

Hospice

We are working to be able to offer hospice for cats that have no other alternative.

The Gabriel TNR Program/Fund Ferals

We support groups and trappers that engage in trap, neuter, return programs as it is a powerful way to curb the killing of adoptable cats.
