Meet Mystic, a gorgeous female Austalian Cattle Dog/dachshund mix, weighing about 19 lbs! Mystic is the loving mama of Alastor, Orion, Athena, and Guinevere (born 11/16/24). Her pups are now old enough to go to their furever homes, and Mystic is ready to find a family of her own as well!
Mystic is sweet girl who is timid and nervous at first. She takes a little time to trust new people, but once she warms up she's a total love! She loves to play and has a lot of energy! Mystic would do great with an active family who can give her plenty of exercise. She would love a fenced in yard of her own to run around, and maybe a doggo sibling too!
Mystic is good with other dogs, people, and older kids 8+ who know to respect a dog's space (due to her shyness). She has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how she would do with cats. She is medically up to date (awaiting her spay appointment), housebroken, and crate trained. Apply to meet this darling girl today!

Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding!
