This helps Circle 2 Rescue - Colorado Chapter with pet care costs.
Can you believe this little fella lived his life outside secured to a chain? Zeus is one of the most sensitive and devoted doggies and so well behaved in the house! He mastered house training in a matter of days and does not get into mischief when his parents are gone. He is crate trained but really prefers to be near people as he is a snuggle bug! The vet estimted him to be between 2 and 3 years and he weighs around 20 pounds. Zeus is friendly with new people and isn't fearful at all! He's a happy little dude and full of affection! In his foster home, Zeus gets along with the wide array of other doggies in the home and seemed to fit right in and feel comfortable from the very start. He even made friends with the other small male dog in the house who typcially does not like other male dogs. His foster mom reports that Zeus is submissive and deferential to him and clearly just wants to be friends! He would be fine as an only dog or with a doggie pal. Zeus has enjoyed the snow and is eager to go out exploring the snow tunnels. You will find his happy demeanor bringing a smile to your face and your heart too! Very sweet! The vet thought he might be a Spitz / Corgi mix.
