My name is Ranger!

hello there, my name is Ranger. Life didnt deal me the best hand so far - I was rescued from a hoarding situation just to end up in a boarding facility for almost a year. But now I'm here and its all up from here right? I'm a shy guy that is learning how to trust and feel safe in the world.  I'll need a lot of love, patience and gentleness, but am making good progress.  I play well with other dogs, walk nicely on leash, and enjoy my daily trips to the open space area to explore. I would probably be a good running buddy if thats what you're looking for.  I would do best in a quieter home, preferably with a female primary guardian, and another social playful dog to show me the ropes would be great. Its important that my person (people) continues my training and socialization, and I'm always welcome at the rescues free training classes!
