My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi Everyone, My name is Ollie. I'm a 3.5 year-old orange and white neutered boy searching for the right place to call Home Forever!
Right now, I’m enjoying the good life in a great foster home here in Southeast PA, where my foster Mom says, “I’m a typical young Brittany with a lot of energy to burn.” But, I think I’m more of a modern day roadster that never stops moving.
I came to NBRAN through no fault of my own and I try to express my appreciation to my foster family by being sweet, loveable, and eager to please, which I'm all these things and so much more!
I love to play with my foster sister, Emma, we play chase around the yard and most of the time I come out ahead because I think I have more energy than her. My other favorite thing is TOYS, especially the ones that squeak, but they won’t squeak much once I’ve enjoyed destuffing them and pulling the squeaker out much to my foster mom's dismay.
I also enjoying cuddling/laying across my foster dad’s lap as I enjoy poking my nose where is doesn't always belong, which is into everybody’s business! Inquiring minds just have to know what they are doing or where they are going!
Kids, of course I like kids, other dogs too, but cats only from far away, remember I am a hunting dog with lots of energy. I am also a great car traveler. I love looking out the window or simply laying back and enjoying a nap as we travel.
I don't mind sleeping in my crate at night or when my foster parents are away, it’s my safe space. I’m still working on basic commands and leash walking, but will sit, lie down, wait, and come when called most of the time. Oh and let’s not forget I’m still a young Brittany and will need to have continued exercise i.e. lots of walks to help me burn off my energy too. My new home must have a physically fenced yard to help keep me safe along with another playful dog to run and play chase with too.
I’ve been checked from nose to tail and I’m up to date on all my vaccines, heartworm negative and micro-chipped! Now all that’s missing it my Forever Home, Is that your home? If so, please consider filling out an application for me, Ollie/PA online at: https://nbran.org/adopt/adoption-application. Once your application is submitted the coordinator in the State where you reside will follow-up with you.  Need to reach your State Coordinator, find their contact information here https://nbran.org/about/state-provincial-coordinators. My adoption fee is 400.00 which will help NBRAN cover the vetting costs and other expenses associated with bringing Brit like me, Ollie, back to good health and readying them for adoption. Don't live in PA or close by, No Problem!  NBRAN has a wonderful transport team willing to help bring Brits like me, Ollie, to their new family, up to 1400 miles with the adoptive family being responsible for the last 100 miles, at no additional fee. Still have questions? Contact PA Coordinator/Regional Director Chris Eddinger at ceddinger@verizon.net Thank you.
