My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Romeo, the dog who pouts because he has so much love to give, but not a family to share it with.

He is still waiting on a family full of love to scoop him up! Romeo is the ultimate charmer—who adores every human he meets, always ready with a wagging tail, a wiggly butt, and a few kisses to spare. He appears to prefer lady canine friends over male canine friends. Romeo seems to be potty trained and knows the command `sit.`

But what Romeo loves most is snuggling up close to the people he trusts, leaning in for those perfect cuddle sessions, and sneakily stealing a few kisses when no one’s looking. His love for toys and treats? Let’s just say, he`s an expert in both playtime and snack time.

If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion to brighten your days, Romeo’s your guy! Come meet him and see what all the love is about.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process consist of filling out an agreement document that specifies the adopter will have the adopted animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed/neutered as needed, within an appropriate time period. Currently the adoption fee is $50, but $40 of that comes back in the form of a voucher than can be used at local veterinarians for the rabies vaccination and/or spay/neuter procedure.
