Meet Carmella, the stunning orange and cream colored tabby with blue eyes!

Carmella and her sister Osita are bonded and are looking for a home where they will always be together.

Carmella enjoys playing with toys and once she is used to her new home, she will seek you out for some affection and playtime! She and her sister will be shy when you first meet them, but all they need is some time and gentle interaction for them to come around. They love sleeping together and will sleep with you too!

Osita and Carmella have never been around young children and would do best with older kids who are gentle and patient with them.

These two beauties are bound to bring love and joy to your household.

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

We are unable to do meet and greets without an appointment. But you can go online to see available cats as well as in-store.

2.
Submit Application

While the stores do stock paper applications, we recommend filling out our online form as this e-mails us right away.

3.
Interview

An adoption coordinator will reach out within 3 business days to you to discuss your application and answer any questions.

4.
Meet the Pet

Our adoption coordinater will schedule a meet & greet once the application is approved. We do not accept walk-ins except at events.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

If, at the meet and greet, you decide the cat is a match, you will be able to sign paperwork then and there to adopt the animal.

6.
Pay Fee

Our adoption fees are $175 per animal. We accept cash and credit card. There is a $8.31 processing fee for credit cards ($183.31)

7.
Take the Pet Home

That's it! You will need to leave PetSmart with the cat in a carrier per their policies but you can take them home and get them acclimated!

Additional adoption info

When you've signed the paperwork, we will send you home with a coupon booklet that includes many PetSmart coupons including $5 a hard carrier if you need to purchase one as well as a free bag of food to go home with.
