My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pops is a super friendly, super affectionate cat! He followed his foster family into the house one day and never wanted to leave again. He wants to spend all of his time purring (very loudly) and cuddling. He will even choose cuddles over treats! He does very well with other cats of all kinds of temperaments. And he gets along with his foster dog brother, too! His ideal family is one that wants a friendly and cuddly cat--he does fine when left alone during the workday, but he will very eagerly greet you when you get home and climb in your lap the second you sit down. His foster family loves him and hopes he finds the best possible home!

Pops Thomas is a year old and is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Verification of veterinarian and personal references as well as Landlord (if applicable).

Meet the Pet

After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

Adoption Fees (without the 50% off discount):

Cats under 1 year old: $150 + 8% sales tax = $162
Cats aged 1-10 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108
Two kittens under 1 year old: $225 + 8% sales tax = $243
Senior Cats (10+ years old): $75 + 8% sales tax = $81

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
