Louise is a lovely female dog with a calm and relaxed temperament. She takes her time to get comfortable in new surroundings, so she'll need a patient adopter who can give her the time and space to adjust at her own pace. Once she feels safe, her sweet and gentle personality shines through. Louise would thrive in a quiet home with a laid-back routine where she can feel secure and loved.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County.
