Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Taylor
Momma to the "Fatties"
Taylor and pups entered the shelter when pups were just 2 weeks old. They were SO lucky to go to a foster home to be loved and raised. Taylor then unfortunately got mastitis and had to go back to the shelter for treatment. The pups then entered our care 2 weeks ago, and we grabbed Momma this weekend when she finished treatment. Here's what we know:
Momma Taylor is around 2 years old and in the 50-55 pound range. She is very muscular but still skinny from feeding her pups, so this weight will increase. She currently has a skin condition that looks like it will be corrected with proper nutrition, but we will know more after her vet appointment. She is great with other dogs and good with kids. She would likely be too much for toddlers or younger, because she is so bulky and gets the most clumsy zoomies. Her previous foster had kids as young as 3. She chases cats so any cats/rodents/birds in the home are a no-no. She is house trained, walks well on a harness, jumps right up for car rides, knows sit and lay, takes treats SO easily, and is crate trained. She likes to play with toys and will toss them around to play with herself, or get into a good game of tug with you, the kids, or another dog.
Momma Taylor is fully vaccinated and will be fully vetted prior to adoption, to include spay and microchip. She is also heartworm negative.
It can be difficult to find homes for Bully breeds, so even though she won't be available for adoption for a couple more weeks, we are advertising now in hopes of reaching that perfect family.
Send us a message or a detailed application from www.puppiesareworthsaving.com to add her to your family.

More about this rescue
PAWS is ran by a group of volunteers that are dedicated to saving the lives of dogs and puppies. We are open to any breed and as long as we have room, we do not say no. We will try to find a specific breed or age of dog in a shelter as an alternative to someone buying from a breeder. We believe that all Puppies Are Worth Saving.
